For users who desire additional features and content, there is an auto-renewing subscription option available within the app. Subscribers gain access to worldwide tropical cyclone tracking and in-depth ocean condition forecasts for the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
To support the development of Global Storms, the app includes ads. However, users can remove ads by selecting the monthly auto-renewing subscription option titled "Remove Ads" in the app's settings menu. By opting for this subscription, users also unlock access to premium content and features.
The price for the subscription is only 0.99 USD (or equivalent in your local currency) per month. Charges will be made to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase, as well as prior to each renewal within 24 hours of the current month's end.
Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you can easily do so through your iTunes account settings. However, it's important to note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current month to avoid being charged. If the subscription is canceled, ads will once again appear at the start of the subsequent month.
